Schematic design
Early drawings are the cheapest place to change direction. We welcome that feedback while the Encino team is still shaping the idea.
Design development
As materials, layout, and structure firm up, we still work with you on adjustments. Some choices start to cost more time and money.
Later in the project
Yes, later changes are still possible. They usually cost more time and money, and City of Los Angeles reviews can lock some of the work. We say that plainly. We do not invent a fee here.
Why it matters
Change is easier before the City sees the set.
Once drawings are in review or on site, a revision can move permits, consultants, and the calendar. That is normal. It is not free.
